Local residents and organizations can help shape the Strategic Plan. Imagine the Haliburton County you want in 5, 25 or 50 years. This is your community, and we are reaching out to residents and community leaders to hear from people with all ranges of experiences and perspectives. This information will help inform what priorities our County should focus on now and in the years to come.
This survey will take 15 minutes or less to complete. Your answers will be confidential but will be included in the material that Council will use to finalize the plan.

The County of Haliburton is an upper-tier level of municipal government that is made up of four local municipalities (Township of Algonquin Highlands; Municipality of Dysart et al; Municipality of Highlands East, and Township of Minden Hills).
The following services are administered by the County of Haliburton:
County Planning;
County roads, bridges, traffic signals and controls;
Emergency Management;
Paramedic Services;
Community Safety and Well-Being;
Economic Development;
Library;
Tourism;
Tax Policy; and
Shared services delivered through a partnership with City of Kawartha Lakes (Social Services, Housing and Homelessness Services, Childcare and Early Childhood Education Services)
