Ambulance in Winter by the lake

We are embarking on the completion of a Paramedic Service Master Plan and are seeking your input. Completion of this survey should take, on average, less than 10 minutes of your time.

A Paramedic Service Master Plan is an evidence-based document that provides Council and the Paramedic Service with a 10-year community risk driven plan. The completed Master Plan will provide overall vision, direction and guidance for Council to aid in decision making about service improvements and enhancements that affect the delivery of paramedic services to match the growing needs of a community.

To accomplish this, we have engaged Emergency Management Group Inc. (EMG) to assist. EMG is an Ontario based consulting firm that has worked with many Counties and Municipalities and their Emergency Services.

It is important that you, as a community member, have an opportunity to provide your feedback regarding the future of your Paramedic Services. All feedback is important and will be received for consideration in the plan.

Please take the time to complete this brief survey. Your confidential responses will help ensure focused action that continues to meet the diverse needs of your community.
